March 20, 2020 Update
We are committed to supporting you and this community. As we take in the COVID-19 (coronavirus) updates, we’re keenly aware the situation is changing rapidly. It’s not business as usual, and the health and safety of everyone is top priority.
We are closely tracking recommendations from government and health authorities, and we are taking this news seriously as we evaluate how the show operates and how to deliver what the industry needs at this time.
Together with Outdoor Industry Association (OIA) and Snowsports Industries America (SIA) we are focused on making the best decisions for your health, your business and for our industry. And as we have conversations with brands, retailers, and partners, we are assessing all available options. Whatever decisions are made, know that your well-being and the vitality of our industry are paramount to us.
There are many unknowns, and we will continue to keep you updated as soon as we have more information to share. We are here for you, and as always, please reach out to us with any questions.

March 4, 2020 Update
With the ongoing coverage surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its potential effects, it is Outdoor Retailer’s and Emerald’s top priority to keep our community safe and informed. With Outdoor Retailer Summer Market 2020 more than three months away, we do not foresee any changes at this time. We are actively planning the Summer show for June 23-25 in Denver.
The Outdoor Retailer team is monitoring the situation daily and following the guidelines set-forth by our federal and local government and health agencies and are in close, ongoing contact with local Denver authorities. In addition, we are implementing control measures and best practices recommended by the CDC and local health officials around the show and on-site. Our focus is to keep attendees, exhibitors and the greater outdoor community updated regularly.
