3-3:30PM: VIVOBAREFOOT & Lee Saxby Present The Biomechanics of Barefoot Running and Proper Barefoot Running Tech VIVOBAREFOOT and Lee Saxby, leading biomechanics expert and author of the eBook – Proprioception: Making Sense of Barefoot Running, present an overview on the biomechanics of barefoot running with an emphasis on proper running technique. Saxby, who was described by Chris McDougall as the “world’s best barefoot running coach” states, “humans have evolved as endurance running specialists, but approximately 80% of all runners are injured each year”. Visit the Endurance Zone special presentation to discover how to unlock the potential for injury free and enjoyable running and walking. Saxby will be available on site to answer your questions, in addition to the presentation.
