KSS Outdoor Holdings Acquires Gregory Mountain Products

Veteran investor group KSS Outdoor Holdings, LLC has purchased Gregory Mountain Products, makers of backpack technology. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gregory is the first of several top-tier outdoor brands under the KSS Outdoor umbrella. The group expects to identify and purchase other outdoor recreation companies that integrate well with Gregory Mountain Products.
