Outdoor Foundation and Outdoor Retailer’s Give Back Badge Program
Transform your badge into a Give Back Badge by getting a Parks4Kids patch. One Badge = One Kid Outside. Demonstrate your company’s commitment to community and join an industry effort to get a new generation outdoors. A $15 donation to Outdoor Foundation gives a meaningful park experience to one young person.

If you didn't request a patch during registration, contact Chris Fanning to transform your show badge and help get a young person outdoors.

Get “Give Back Badges” for your entire OR team or a select group. During your staff badge registration process, you will have the opportunity to pledge your commitment to providing a patch to each of your staff that will be working the Winter Market show. Keep an eye out for this new opportunity when requesting badges!

See the Give Back Badge Letter from Winter Market 2017.

Outdoor Industry Association (OIA)
ensures the growth and success of the outdoor industry. Founded in 1989 by a group of 14 visionary outdoor industry leaders who realized that "outdoor" could be much more than a passing consumer trend, OIA is the leading trade association and voice of the outdoor recreation industry, serving more than 4,000 manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, sales reps and retailers.

The Outdoor Foundation is a not-for-profit established by Outdoor Industry Association to inspire and grow future generations of outdoor enthusiasts. The Foundation’s vision is to be a driving force behind a massive increase in active outdoor recreation in America. Outdoor Retailer is pleased to support the efforts and initiatives, by adding a link to the Outdoor Retailer badge registration process. Please consider supporting the great works of the Outdoor Foundation.

Every dollar you give goes directly to get youth outdoors. Improving lives. Improving our industry. 100 percent of every donation made will get kids outside.

Your support of the Outdoor Foundation gets more young people recreating outside. It creates new customers. It supports the health of our industry. Every time a $10 donation is made, a young person gets into the mountains, or on a river, or climbing a tree.

The health of our industry depends on growing future generations of outdoor enthusiasts and customers. That is why Outdoor Retailer is joining with the Outdoor Foundation to launch an industry-wide campaign to invite every OR attendee get involved and give back – for as little as $20. To show you’ve joined the effort, your OR badge will have special sticker to recognize your commitment.

Over the past five years, the Foundation has invested $4 million into 500 not-for-profit projects and college programs, connecting nearly 200,000 young people with the outdoors. Together we can do more! Join us and help get more young people outside and active, investing in the future of the outdoor industry.
